1. What are your conditions & contracts and how the deal works?
To use our services all that you will need to do is to fill
out the web-based application where you give us your
company's contact information, and your referring url(s), and
link your referrals to our products (the linking URLs are
supplied on the signup web page). Then after we activate your
referrals you will be all ready to go. Since we do not have any
long-term agreements , we work on the month-to-month basis,
meaning that as long as you pay monthly, you have our services
active. If you will want to upgrade / downgrade or cancel
services, you are free to do it at any time. Also if you will need to
make any changes in your contact information or referrals, all that
you need to do is to send us an email, and we will take care of it as
soon as we receive it. The invoice will be sent every month to the
email address you will provide as your company's contact email
address. Payments can be made by check, credit card or wire xfer.

2. How can I signup?
If are ready to signup, go to the signup form, fill all the contact and
product information, then put the referral URLs for each product from
appropriate package, and submit your form. We will activate your referrals
as soon as we receive your form, during normal business hours (US PST)
it will take no longer that 10-15 minutes. All the linking URLs to our
products are provided on the same signup page (under the name of
each product).

3. Can I get only the video-streams (only the applets) to put these
applets in our design on our pages. is this possible or *must* we use
your designed pages as we can see in the online-demo?

The easiest way to answer your question is that any pages that do
not belong to Holio can have absolutely any design you want, but if
we would customize feeds for one of the clients, those changes
would affect all the rest of our clients, so we do not do it. .

4. When does Holio Update it's content?
You can find information on updates at or Recent Updates page.

5. Can I use any of your graphics?
We allow our clients to use our graphics and screen shots to
demonstrate that a site has Holio content within the tour and members areas. We do
not allow you to take xxx amount of pictures or videos for freesites to push traffic to your
paysites or as images used in mass mailings. You should get images licensed for such uses. We have some graphics available for download in zip files here.

6. How come you keep shutting of my services and sending deactivation notices?
This can be for a variety of reasons. One is that you could have passwords being traded by members resulting in higher usage then you would expect. We suggest all clients have some piece of software that monitors and deactivates passwords that are shared by multiple ip addresses. In order for us to shut you off you must exceed your bandwidth limit for two consecutive half hour periods. If you expect to have higher usage due to promotional activities you should contact us beforehand to adjust your limits to avoid being shut off. If you have constant problems and feel there is no abuse your site may just need to be placed in a higher limit category.

7. Members complain about access denied messages. What can I do about that?
Make sure we have all your possible entry points to Holio covered by our referral database. Do not use java applets or java script to link to us as it does not consistently send referral information. Make sure you members know that their browsers need to be configured to accept cookies.

8. The return to site button does not go where I want it to. How can I fix this?
The return to site button is a simple function that tells the browser to go back to the page it originally came from (not the frame set). We advise making sure your Holio launch pages contain the the necessary navigation links allow the member to get back to your main members area or frameset.
